Share what you love about Carmel – The Carmel Clay Historical Society and the Carmel Clay Public Library are partnering to celebrate Hamilton County’s bicentennial with a video compilation. Membership represents Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Noblesville, Zionsville and Indianapolis.
